Alejandro García ag13 — Seriously, everyone should own this book. Hilarious. Includes a detailed chart on how to judge others based on their appearance & intelligence level.

Georgia Laurette georgiawilson — I learned many fascinating things about Mr. T and Chuck Norris, but my favorite was "When Mr. T was circumcised his foreskin was not disposed of. Instead it was raised as a normal child, and it grew to love the game of basketball. Today we know Mr. T's foreskin as Shaquille O'Neal." If you enjoy the depth of creativity it takes to think of a statement like that and how over the top Chuck Norris and Mr. T already are, then this is the book for you. Plus the illustrations are boss.

Julia Zlatieva _latieva — Like all of Pynchon's works (except Gravity's Rainbow, which I've never managed to complete) I had to push myself to get through this book. Nonetheless, the rewards are there, but only if you take this from its requisite postmodern perspective.

Ibrahim Irshaid _brahim_rshaid — One of the best books I have ever read, and I didn't even want to read it becaused it was based in the locale of the Middle East - our book club read it as a group and we were all very moved by it and went on to read A Thousand Splendid Suns (also excellent) when it came out. Highly recommended.
