Then suddenly she met a boy who she got a crush on. Her best friend, Tally had a crush on her English teacher. Both girls went into disastrous moments and I could say is Alice have a crazy mind because she already have a crush and she's getting another one. She didn't even know the boy and just like him because of his cuteness. I think Alice should pick Tristan because she knows him much better. Tally just do things that she thinks it is correct but it really not because dating a English teacher is not right especially she is his student. Will the girls get a heartbreak in the end? Read the book to find out!

Danino De danino121 — The same cast of characters from The Alienist are back and this time they go after a woman suspected of being a child-killer. This doesn't have the same intensity as the first book, but it's a great read and I loved catching up the characters in this one. ---- Updated review 8/2015 It's been a while since my last reread of this and I was in the mood to revisit Carr's fascinating group of amateur and otherwise detectives. I had rated this four stars, but I so thoroughly enjoyed it this time around that I'm bumping that up to five. Carr is once again brilliant at weaving fact and fiction in this story.

Iben Solgaard _ben_olgaard — What was this book about? What was the main plot? I really don't know. Great augmented reality and related stuff, as for the rest... I didn't like it too much, I found all related stories incomplete, boring and/or didn't care about them. All in all what I hated the most is the impression I got that Mr. Vinge wants to leave TOO MANY things undiscovered or unrevealed using cheap tricks that I always dislike in the Sci-Fi genre, like not knowing who the hell is impersonating a character... but, hey, maybe that's just me. I really liked A Fire Upon the Deep and had high hopes on this one... I ended disappointed. I'll keep trying though on other more spacey books from this author.

Manu Khaled manukhaled — This is my favorite Gregory MacGuire book. Great adult re-telling of the Cinderella story. Liked it much better than "Wicked" which I had a hard time getting into and haven't been able to finish yet.
