Danya Volkov dvolkov — Really interesting examination of children's literature through 5 themes that recur throughout children's book. Very very quick read too, which is always nice. Love how beautiful this book is -- the design and the lovely illustrations throughout really made this book.

Natalie Muñoz nata24109438bc — This is book #5 of Guardians of Eternity series and while I think I may always think the 1st was the best this one comes in a close 2nd. The interesting thing about Ivy's books are the women are just as strong in their own way as the ancient vampires who are the heroes of the story but this one takes the cake. Jagr falls victim in this book to be held and being knocked out, etc but Regan never seems to. She is a tough little thing and proves it. Jaqr is a loner until he meets Reagan and Regan trusts not man after her history but the combination of them is so good... Even though Regan is a survivor and a warrior you never forget that she is a woman. I couldn't put this book done and I'm sad I am done with it. I really enjoyed both characters a lot. But then I have enjoyed every book in the series and look forward to picking up the next one.
