Laura Dominguez thelastdance — I agree with this concept of the Six Thinking Hats I just think it`s a very poorly written book. Lots of repetition of not very well communicated ideas. Gonna try and use the six thinking hats concept though.

张 乐乐 zhangjingshu — Erik Larson did a fantastic job blending two stories: the remarkable building of The Chicago World's Fair in 1893 and the rise of the serial killer, Herman Mudgett. I found the World's Fair storyline to be a bit dry at times, but fascinating overall. It supported the true crime side of the story quite well. The chaos of the fair (and his penchant for making up stories to elude authorities) gave Mudgett plenty of anonymity to do his work. Excellent book.

杨 岚清 yanglanqing — I loved this book. I always so surprised when I love a book by a first time author. Perkins-Valdez had it all: easy to read writing style, believable characters and an interesting story line.
