She doesn't trust her husband, but her reasoning seems unfair. It's not until much later in the book when her claims that he's lying to her start to feel like a threat. There are hints of dishonesty, but her lack of memory leave holes in reality, and I wasn't sure who could be trusted. I loved the build-up and unraveling of the mystery.
