Ahmet Aksoy ahmetaksoy — I really liked this book. I loved the banter between the boys (a little naughty sometimes). It was just a fun read and I thouroghly enjoyed my time with "Q"!

Alex Castonguay alexcastonguay — I'm not into poetry books but some of these poems were quite touching. His insights into how men think were great and had me at HMMMM..... and lastly some of this made me LOL and some of it was quite sexually hot *whew!* Having met the author and his muse in person helped me to appreciate this work even more.

Ahmed Hassan me2ahmedhassan — This isn't a "burn through it" type of love story. The storyline is very well done. All of the characters are well portrayed and you really get a sense of whom those people would be in "real life." It is truly a story of bitter and sweet which made the ending melancholy and memorable for me. I'm giving this a solid recommendation. The character "Sheldon" and his role in the ending of the book was particularly satisfying for me. I also loved Ms. Beatt--the cook from the kitchen--I would have liked to know a bit more about her story, but from a writing standpoint it was really well done.

Chris Cobb cobb1766 — This book would be perfect for a high school American history teacher to assign as summer reading to students in order to prepare them for the class: It's historically meticulous but as literature it's more than a little bit drab. You've got to appreciate the effort and work that Rutherfurd put into the book, but at times his writing (especially the dialogue, which can be sometimes cheesy in its attempts to be historically accurate and sometimes wildly and obviously anachronistic) just isn't very good.
