Carrie Ratcliff careratcliff — I think I originally read this book when I was in 7th or 8th grade. The only part that really stuck with me was the ending but I remembered it was definitely a good read. When I saw it in the Scholastic book order, I had to order it for myself to re-read. WOW! I missed so much when I read this twenty-some years ago! This is such a beautiful piece of children's literature that can be appreciated by both youth and adults.

Samir Andreoli samirc701 — Took awhile for him to get this book out, and I think in the meantime my interest in the series and the story at large has waned a bit. I'll probably read the last one when he publishes it just for, you know, closure and all. There are still a few characters with whom I'm interested in seeing the outcome.
