La historia de Leche Materna es una mezcla justa entre melodrama y thriller político, y mi favorita de los tres. La de Frenchi, una tragicomedia simpaticona que podría haber quedado mejor con un tono paródico menos forzado que el del delirante relato del personaje. Y la historia de la Hembra de la Especie quizás sea la más jodida y fuerte, pero también me costó tomarla en serio por los excesos y delirios extremos que abundan en esas páginas, además de que no cierra demasiado que digamos (quizás a drede). Ahora, a esperar el #8 y a especular con cuándo se viene la gran hecatombe. * soy tan boludo que escribí esa frase viendo la tapa del tomo 7, que en un lapsus de estupidez confundí con la del 6. Salvo por ese desliz que mantengo para enarbolar mi vergüenza, el resto de la review correctamente se refiere al contenido de este tomo.

Jiwon Baik jiwonbaik — Wow, what an amazing book! A strong heroine, a realationship that doesn't instantly unfold, and a plot that keeps you on the edge of your seat. If you're into fantansy, this is defiitely a must read.

Dylan (H) after being completely let down by his family and spurned by his love went to the Yukon to get away. When a man who owes him 1200.00 for suplies from his store, can't pay him offers to sell him his wife and infant daughter to cover the debt. Knowing that if he turns him down the man will only sell her to someone else and she could end up in a worse situation he buys her. Melissa (h) running from an abusive family decides to marry Coy Logan and it turns out to be the worst mistake in her life. Beaten and down on her luck she can't believe when her husband sells her to the man at the store to cover his debt. I loved the scenes with these two in the begining, so awkward and Melissa being so scared. I was however way ready to get rid of the bag of rice! lol
