I believe that Mr. James Patterson did an outstanding job with the second book of the Maximum Ride series, in my opinion, the first was better than the second

Tayson Filippi filippitayson — Addicting!!! I couldn't put the book down even when I was on vacation. I was hooked after the first two chapthers. The story is romantic and suspensful. I was impressed that it was that good!!!

Imam Al maldie — Like the other Leonard books I've read, this one was highly entertaining and perfectly paced. I can definitely feel Carl Webster's Oklahoma more than Leonard's usual Florida concoctions, and though I admire the sharp, right on dialogue, the sparseness of his descriptions tend to hang the characters out in empty space. And don't tell me I'm not bringing enough to the book - filling in the blanks, as it were. It may be true, but don't tell it to me. I've never been to Florida, or Oklahoma for that matter, so excuse me if I don't know what any of this looks like. Another thing - Carl Webster never seems to live up to the hype of the first few chapters. Maybe I feel this way because I read those first few chapters when the book was serialized in the New York Times Magazine (stopped paying the $3.50 for the Sunday paper after about the third installment) but I kind of wish Carl stayed Carlos. You know? Anyway, the girls - Louly and Crystal Davidson in particular - sound really hot. Is it all trash? I don't know, but I like it.
