Saliha Anjum saalu — This book was pleasant, predictable, easy-going. I enjoyed learning about Chinese cuisine and culture, up to the point where it felt kind of pedagogical. The main characters are enjoyable. Kind of felt like a long foodie travel piece.

Luiz Otávio lterciotti — I don't think I've ever read a book yet that has caused so much emotion to stir inside me like this one did. I fell in love with their characters and their determination to stay alive even when they were viewed as little more than recyclable trash in the eyes of the world they lived in. The themes are deep and make you think, not like other young adult books. Pro-life or pro-choice it doesn't matter, this book will still give you a new way to see things. It is well written, organized and easy to understand. The characters are not black and white or shallow. I hope you take my review to heart and give this book and Neal Shusterman a chance because I believe you won't regret it. Maybe like me you'll stay up all night reading and then wondering what can we do to avoid creating a society like the one in the book in the near future. Because the way things are going, it is not that unimaginable.
