Kero Hero ke2 — One of my favorites by Elizabeth Peters. Set in Egypt a young model attemts to clear her deceased father's name. The result is a frenzied search for a tomb only her father knew the whereabouts of. As always the plot is well thought out. The suspects are aplenty and a surprising romance is tossed in for good measure. She is an incrediable author - I highly recommend all of her works.

Yazid Azahari yazidazahari — Really enjoyed Lou's character.

Mery Ford mery_berri — I'm going to give this one 4.5 stars. I enjoyed it and thought the combination of personalities and abilities worked very well together. And there are lots of subtle things worked into the story, like Jeff's last name, or references to Abbott and Costello. The only real gripe I have with it is the references to burning colored candles and herbs which were never explained. They obviously meant something very particular, but no explanation was ever given for why those things were desired or needed. Other than that, it was a fun read and a good start to what I expect to be a fun series of a variety of interesting shifters.

Florentyna Horak _lorentyna_orak — I really enjoyed this memoir!

Kieun Moon mmmkeee — I have resisted reading this book for years... when I heard a friend describe it as "it's about women from the Bible and the red tent is where they went during their periods", I thought "and that sounds soooo intriguing, NOT!" But it was recently chosen as a book-club book and so I buckled... and am really glad I did. It was a fabulous book! While I was reading it, I mentioned to my husband that the women went into this red tent to rest during their cycle and the men stayed away and he responded "yeah, lots of wisdom in that book". ;) Kidding aside, it was a beautifully-told story and I enjoyed it immensely.
