Jc Flyman jcserme — I loved this book. I had never heard of this type of parrot. It doesn't fly but waddles or climbs trees. This book is about the efforts of hundreds of volunteers trying to keep this bird from extinction. There are less than 100 left on an island off New Zealand. Great book. Beautiful photographs.

özlem Gürsoy ozlemgursoy — People have been telling me to read this book for years, so when I saw it at the neighborhood thrift store for $0.50, I bought it. It was really good. Though long, it moved quickly and the characters were interesting.

Dawn Duffy jeppypete3d3f — Even though this was written by her grand-nephew, the voice of Julia Child comes through loud and clear. It is just a charming account of a woman who found her path later in life. Thoroughly enjoyable...another book I couldn't put down. I think I read the entire thing on a flight to France.
