Jose Eduardo eduardred — Interesting, but ploddingly slow...

Shannon Crabill shannoncrabill — Think "Men in Black," but with fantasy creatures (vampires, werewolves, mermaids) instead of aliens. Fun story, nothing life-changing, but a nice quick read with another twist on the teen-fantasy-romance genre. Clean - since the computer can't translate swear words, the main character and her best friend/mermaid always just use "bleep" instead. Clever. :)

Karenlardilla Valenzuela karen_lardilla — I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I placed a hold on this book to get it after someone else was reading it, but as soon as I read the discription in the preface saying this was a collection for older audiances who enjoy Fairy Tales, I couldn't wait for my chance to read it! Another bonus is one of the stories is by my favorite fantasy author Anne McCaffery! :0) Updated 4/10/09: Well, now that I have finished this priceless collection, I have to say Anne MacCaffery's was not my favorite. I liked it and all, but I have to say the story about the young unicorn raised by a wizard apprentice was my absolute favorite. It had a kind-of "The Last Unicorn" by Peter S. Begeal feel to it and I almost wished it was longer. I don't want to give too much away, but this is a wonderful read for anyone who loves fairy tales, both in their youth and as adults like me. :0)

Macarena Díaz _acarenadiazortiz — well, about as gripping as a text book can be. um, lots of detailed illustrations and equations. mostly dealing w/ effciency. it could safely be said that i secretly habor a deeply rooted fetish for balancing and cylinder head effciencies. however, having been torn from my true love for far too long and being somewhat (rather all the way) defcient in my capacity to comprehend math & science this book is something of a mystery. the sultry mistress i'll dream i'm banging while lying w/ PHR

Warren Niece wniece — This was a hilarious take on big state universities. Being a snobby small liberal arts kid, I really enjoyed it.

Zorik Istomin zorikistomin — One of the best books I ever read when I was growing up. The adventure the children go on was planned out so well, and was such an enticing adventure, that I was quite sorry that I didn't live near a train station so as to try it out myself. I believe I may have complained about this to my mom at the time. Made an EXCELLENT readaloud for 5th graders (would work for 4th graders) - after 2001, a discussion point about whether security would be the same or different became part of the readaloud.
